3. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
We want you to be happy with your celebration supplies. Our return policy is as follows:
- 7-Day Window: Customers can return products within 7 days of receiving the order. Returns requested beyond this period will not be accepted.
- Product Condition: Returned products must be unused and undamaged. If products are found to be used or damaged upon return, we reserve the right to reject the return and decline the refund.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. However, if the product delivered is incorrect (different from what was ordered), Birthday Popper will bear the return shipping costs.
- Refund Processing: Upon receiving your return, we will initiate the process on the same or next working day. Refunds will be fully completed within 7 working days.
- Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, you are entitled to a complete refund.

All products listed are available to buy online and are shipped from our inventory. In the rare event that an order is placed for a quantity that exceeds our current available stock, a representative from Birthday Popper will immediately contact you to provide an update or alternative solution.
5. Customer Warranties
