Shipping & Delivery Policy

We know your celebration has a deadline. Birthday Popper carefully processes and dispatches every order so your return gifts, toys, and party supplies reach you as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Charges

• Free delivery on orders of ₹999 or more.

• Flat ₹70 shipping charge on orders below ₹999.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Processing and Dispatch

• Orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

• Orders placed and successfully confirmed before 4:00 PM are normally dispatched on the same working day.

• Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are normally dispatched on the next working day.

• During major sales, festivals, or unusually high order volumes, dispatch may require additional time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines begin from the date of dispatch and are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Remote locations may require additional time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided with your order. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipment is handed over to the courier partner.

Delivery Delays

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, public holidays, regional restrictions, high seasonal demand, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is required for a particular celebration date, we recommend ordering early and allowing sufficient time for delivery.

Correct Shipping Information

Please provide a complete delivery address, correct PIN code, and active mobile number while placing your order.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or dispatched. Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an unavailable recipient, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipment

Please inspect the parcel after delivery. If the parcel or product is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact Birthday Popper promptly with:

• Your order number

• Photographs of the parcel and product

• A clear unboxing video showing the issue
