Shipping & Delivery
Q: Are there any shipping charges?
A: Shipping is completely FREE for all orders above Rs. 999/-. For orders below this value, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 70/- applies.
Q: How quickly will my order be shipped?
A: Orders placed before 4:00 PM on working days (Monday–Saturday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be shipped on the next working day. Delivery time depends on your state and location.
Q: What happens if my package is delayed?
A: We strictly strive for on-time delivery. If, due to unforeseeable circumstances, the package does not reach you, we will issue a full refund of your order value.
Packaging & Payment
Q: Do you gift wrap the return gifts?
A: Please check the specific product description. If the description states that the product includes gift wrapping, it will be shipped pre-wrapped for you.
Q: Do you offer Cash-On-Delivery (COD)?
A: Currently, we do not offer COD services. All payments must be made securely online through our encrypted payment gateway.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer an easy replacement or return policy under the following conditions:
- Defects or Damages: Manufacturing defects must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Transit damages must be reported within 48 hours. Defective items will be replaced or refunded.
- General Returns: If you are simply unsatisfied, you can return all items in your order within 7 days of delivery. (Note: Partial returns are not accepted).
- Return Process: Customers must ship the products back to our store at their own expense.
- Refund Calculation: Refunds are processed after deducting the actual shipping cost initially borne by Birthday Popper.
Q: When is a return NOT possible?
A: We cannot accept returns if the request is made outside the specified timeframe, if items are returned without their original packaging, if the product shows signs of use or customer damage, or if the product has been tampered with.
Q: How long does the refund take?
A: Once a refund is approved, it takes approximately 10-12 working days to process. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Cancellations & Modifications
Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: To cancel, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at +91-88846 11144 before your order is dispatched. If the order has already shipped, you will need to receive the package and ship it back to us.
Q: Can I add items to an order I just placed?
A: Yes! Please call Customer Support right away so we can help combine your orders before they leave our facility.
