1. Return Policy

We have a "No Questions Asked" return policy. If you do not like the products, simply send them back to us! We offer easy replacements or refunds for all products sold under the following conditions:

• Transit Damages: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Manufacturing Defects: Must be notified within 72 hours of delivery.
• Note: Complaints reported after these timeframes may not be accepted.

Once a resolution is set, it will take 10-12 days for the refund to process. The amount paid for the product will be credited to your Birthday Popper account as a Voucher Code. Once the refund is in your account, you can use the credit to order a replacement or buy new products.
Validity: The credited voucher amount will be valid for 1 year.

• Products must be shipped back to our store by the customer.
• The courier charges for the returns will have to be borne by the customer.
• Initial shipping charges incurred by our website are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund voucher.
• Products must be in their original condition (unused, unaltered, and unsoiled) with the original packaging intact.

• If the return request is made outside the specified timeframe.
• If items are returned without their original packaging.
• If the product is damaged because of use or is not in the same condition in which you received it.
• If the products have been tampered with.
